I learned how to ride a bike as a kid, but then I didn’t ride for about 20 years. I thought I’d forgotten how, but it turns out that riding a bicycle is just like riding a bicycle, and that expression is trite because it’s true. You can make this treat in any color to match your own two-wheeler; use icing to add details like streamers, bells, baskets, or flags.
Note: Because of the delicate nature of this design try to plan ahead and work directly on your serving surface.

Special Ingredients
1. In a bowl, measure 2 cups of white canned icing and add 1 or 2 drops of black food coloring. Mix the icing until the light gray color is evenly distributed. Fill the OodleTip bag and set it aside. Then mix the first treat recipe. Generously coat your hands with cooking spray and, one large handful at a time, fill section 1 of the parchment-covered template on the work surface, using both hands to mold the edges.
2. Work across the template, left to right, until the red mixture completely fills section 1 of the template.
3. Mix the second treat recipe batch and, one handful at a time, fill section 2 of the template with the black mixture. Use both hands to smooth and mold the edges until the mixture begins to firm up.
4. Gently press together the “seams” where one color mixture meets the other.
5. Using the gray icing from Step 1, draw a circle in the center of each wheel.
6. Using the same gray icing, draw the spokes, straight lines that originate in the center of the wheel and extend out to the tires.
